Planning a wedding takes on average around 6 – 9 months to plan in full, taking into account all the trawling of the web, magazine searches, venue meetings, supplier and fair visits. When some couples just want someone to ‘realise their dream’ and just don’t have the time or lifestyle that allows them every weekend for the next 6 months to be dedicated to organising the event of a lifetime.

This is a package that offers complete peace of mind and a totally stress free wedding journey, sit back relax knowing your dreams are being turned into a reality whilst you enjoy the gentle build up. You can get as involved as you wish, of course it goes without saying that you are consulted fully at all stages and all decisions are yours entirely but the organisation is covered by us.

Partial planning - from £1000

A similar service to the above, ideal for those who have started to plan their own wedding but now wishing to have a little support as they progress. Perhaps you have the venue and dress organised but the rest is a little challenging? This is ideal for you and budget friendly too.

Calendar
We put together a full calendar, to-do list and timings plan for your wedding

Venues
We will search for, visit, consult and organise your venues from start to finish

Suppliers
As with your venue we will search for, meet with and negotiate with all your suppliers, gaining discounts and special packages where possible and ensure all paperwork and commitments are fulfilled where required.

Theme and Decoration
We will take care of organising suppliers, sourcing materials, dressing and decorating your venue on the day for you. Including returning of any hired goods after your day.

Administration and Paperwork
We will take care of all contracts, invoices and co-ordination of all your administration and will provide you with a clear understanding of when each supplier requires payment and pass on terms and conditions to you so you are clear about what we have negotiated for you.

Invitations and Gift List
We will order, write and collate replies for all invitations including sending out a ‘save the date’ request. We will provide you with a fully detailed guest list and will liaise with your venue or caterers when required.
We will also co-ordinate and respond to gifts including sending out thank you’s if required.

On the day attendance
It goes without saying that we will be there on your wedding day from early in the morning until late in the day to ensure your day goes without a single hitch.
